As an experienced Operations Consultant, ex-bookkeeping business owner and cloud software implementer with over a decade of experience, I’m well aware of how challenging it can be to deliver successful software implementation projects. Our Process

The typical way we work alongside accountants is as follows:

  • You identify their client needs systems/software support. Give us a call to bounce the problem and see if it’s the right next step….

  • We will have a complimentary discovery call with your client [entirely up to you if you want to attend]. If we can help, we present a fixed-price proposal for implementation and training!

  • You can set the level of input you would like to have in the project delivery.

  • We deliver the project and train your client in their new software platform, as well as integrate to Xero.

  • The result: a happy client, and a strengthened “trusted advisor” relationship with you, their CAs being available by phone and email.
