Tonic Interior Systems are specialists in Suspended Ceilings, Wall Systems & Acoustic Solutions. They work alongside some of Southland’s most prominent building firms.

The company, which has 12 staff, is a locally owned and operated business with a strong reputation in Invercargill and surrounds. They have successfully tackled a wide range of commercial and residential projects.

Tonic Interior Systems recognised the need to uplevel their operations by introducing a cloud based project management software. The implementation of WorkGuru was not only about digitising their job management but also had an objective to reduce the number of external spreadsheets, manual processes, paper-based systems and siloed workflows.

WorkGuru gives the capability to provide live insights into forecast and actuals with both overall and granular project detail, introduce RFQ and a more robust purchase process, streamline quote acceptance, track progress claims natively and to reduce double handling of data in spreadsheets and print outs.

The company engaged Heidi Seal to support data migration, training and most importantly, helping translate current processes to be facilitated within WorkGuru - in a way that made practical sense and with a logical staged approach.
