How does it work?

  • You will receive a contract for signing and a pre-work questionnaire

  • We’ll schedule our time together in person or on Zoom and confirm half/full day workshop and 1:1 sessions

  • I’ll review your pre-work and ask any required questions

  • In our workshop, we’ll map out your end-to end operations on an electronic / physical whiteboard.

    Process Outline: Map out process outline (Leads, Sales, Delivery, Finance, Repeat) - capture so it can be reviewed objectively

    Process Analysis: what is most expensive, which processes are the most frustrating, where do most delays come from,

    what tasks are the most time consuming, where is quality impacted most?

    Traffic Light Application - Green = working well - no attention required, Orange = room for improvement, Red = broken, not working properly

  • Smaller 1:1 Discovery Sessions / Interviews may be required

  • You’ll receive a System Recommendations Roadmap report, if relevant a Swimlane Process Map and PICK framework to apply

  • We’ll book a feedback session to discuss the recommendations and next steps

This serves as a play-by-play roadmap that will take you to a streamlined and systematised business. You can start making changes straight away!

  • A PICK framework to work through prioritisation

  • A feedback session to discuss recommendations, outputs, work through clarifying points and kick off next steps - so that the work done together becomes a.tangible reality in your business

  • You can then choose to self-implement or we can work together through a hybrid approach of consulting and co-working to get the changes live in your business
