How Does It Work?

After you have had your Systems Strategy Session, you’ll receive your roadmap with implementation options. Depending on your timeline and in-house capacity, you can choose a phased monthly approach or a series of VIP Day(s)

We will prioritise, plan and work through research, testing, implementation, changes, upgrades, automations and training to bring your Systems Roadmap to life. You are able to pick our experts brains along the way!

Project Plan – Based on your Systems Roadmap I’ll put together a project plan and share this in a collaborative platform

Kick Off Meeting – We’ll talk through the project plan, rank and prioritise actions and assign ownership

Implementation – Together in a logical phased approach, we’ll work through implementing your Systems Roadmap. This includes research, testing, implementation, changes, upgrades, automation and training with yourself and your team. Along the way, as we uncover areas to improve on, we’ll be injecting our tools and templates into your business. This will fast forward your results, and ensure this doesn’t become another half built bridge

You’ll be supported with the tools, guidance and accountability you need to implement change, gain confidence and be proactive in systematising your business.
