Work Guru offers different reporting buckets, each containing pre-built reports that can be tailored to your needs. Additionally, you have the option to create custom report buckets and restrict access to specific staff members, ensuring that they only see the relevant reports.
Once you have run the report, you may find that the data is not presented in the desired format. Work Guru utilizes a pivot table backend, allowing you to manipulate the data to suit your needs. You can expand, condense, and rearrange the information using drag and drop functionality.
Customizing a Report
To begin customizing a report,
click on the plus button and the double symbol to expand the data. Then the double sum icon. This will provide you with a more detailed view of the information.
You can then select and rearrange the columns to focus on the specific data points you are interested in.
Select the tabs at the top to show the columns you want included in your report
For example, you may want to view the forecasted and actual time spent on a job.
Saving and Reusing Reports
Once you have customized a report to your satisfaction, you can save it for future use. Give the report a descriptive name and save it in the relevant reports area. You can then choose whether users can modify the report fields.
