The company, which has approximately 80 staff, has been using WorkflowMax as their job management platform for 12 years. The WorkflowMax changeover presented an opportunity to reassess their best fit software to have greater visibility over revenue forecasting, resource planning and specific project health metrics.
The company engaged Heidi Seal to support their internal team in reviewing, testing, and implementing an alternative solution.
